2FA problem

Control panel - log in - enable 2FA - enable always use 2FA - gets mail - scan code - code shows up in app - logs into Wow - 

 

But the game does not ask for 2FA

It will if you change IP addresses.

1-IP Lock with authenticator "On login, if your IP is different from the last IP, you will be asked to provide a six-digit code from the authenticator."

 

2-Always use authenticator"On login, you will always be asked to provide a six-digit code from the authenticator."

 

I took nr 2, should it not ask for authenticator code all the time then?
