Im getting this error message when trying to login using two factor authenticator

I have no idea whts going on, PLEASE help!. I should mention i use win auth and not a mobile device. Ive used 2FA hundreds of times in the past with no problem

I removed 2fa and it workd again, i think someone might have tried to hack me..... I dont want to have 2FA removed.. what do i do?
