Can't see enemy CastBar! Help please

It all started with the fact that I accidentally deleted the WoW folder. So I reinstalled it, and download some addons.

Everything works fine but - Enemy CastBar innactive!

I tried all addons like CEnemyCastBar \ Carnival-EnemyCastBar \ oCB \ eCastingBar result always same 

I tried to reinstall addons, i tried to delete WTB & WTF folders, i tried to disable addons nothing helps.

My CastBar works perfect, but Enemy CastBar always inactive. What I'm doing wrong? Please help D:

Here is example. Shaman cast 2 seconds long Shock spell, but nothing appear in Mirror Outline:
