2FA: broken phone, lost first email

So, my phone with the authenticator app broke recently, and silly me, i didn't think of saving the code in the first email Elysium sent me when i activated full time 2 factor authentication (first time i use this thing). Now i can't access my account. Is there something that can be done on Elysium's end to help me out? I saw a very similar thread being answered by a staff member last wednesday so i'm holding out hope.
