Ediart 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2017 亲爱的玩家： 我们将于下周开始提供移除二次验证机制服务，以前的申请仍然有效，请不要重复提交。 一些玩家可能因为种种原因，比如关于邮箱里面原始2fa邮件找不到了，或者手机上的验证软件坏掉了等等，现在可以通过以下格式在相关板块提交移除申请： Quote 请用英文或者俄语在相关板块发帖： 通过Control Panel给自己发一封重置密码邮件，然后截图（截图需要包含你电脑右下角的时间） Screenshot of Password-Reset Email (Send yourself a password reset email and take a screenshot of it with your whole email inbox with date and time stamp from computer showing the current time at time of request for removal of 2FA): 账号创建的日期（如果能提供创建账号时的验证邮件截图更好） Account Creation date (rough estimate, or screenshot of creation email if you have it): <post here> 账号名字 Account name: <post here> 最后一次的登陆时间 Last login date:<post here> 账号上所有角色的名字 Full List of Characters in Account: <post here> 服务器 Realm: <post here> 角色列表级别最高的人物： Top-most character in list: <post here> 游戏里的专业 Professions: <post here> 如果能提供一些能证明这个账号是你自己的信息更好（比如升级时候的截图，被守尸砸键盘等等...） Additional info (more info is always better in this case): <post here> 然后在下面论坛版块发帖： https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/491-2fa-removal-requests/ 如果我们需要你提供更多的信息，我们会在你的申诉帖子里面告知，如果您没有在一周内提供我们需要的信息，该申诉将无效。 通常来讲，我们需要一周时间来处理该申请，结果通常会以以下形式告知： APPROVED — 通过！你的2FA验证机制会被立刻移除。 EXTENDED REVIEW — 审核中 可能需要您提供更多的信息，而且处理时间要延长。 REFUSED — 拒绝！申请没有通过。。。2FA将无法移除。 致敬！ Elysium 团队！ 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
