It looks like your account was closed as a part of the Nostalrius account recovery process. I don't think there is much that we can do until you finish that process, but you could try submitting a ban appeal with that information in it.

I posted a ban appeal they told that its the wrong place to post, then i opened an ingame ticket and the gm told to post here because admin level help is needed..
