Connecting forever, then disconnected

Just started playing yesterday and it worked fine. Today I can't play at all. Is the server or login just down all the time?

Been happening to me for over a month.  If I go to a different realm, I can make a toon and play.  GM's will tell you to reset your router, delete the WDB and WTF folders but that doesn't fix shit.  I have a high level toon that I cannot get to anymore and I'm pissed and yet they do nothing except tell you to do the same shit over and over.
