Ossirian in AQ20 Values

We have a boss right now that is staying in perma-supreme mode. The crystals aren't working as intended for a blizzlike raid encounter. You need at least 1-2 best-in-slot raid tanks popping consumables to kill a boss that should be roughly above the par of something in ZG. I figure that it has to be pretty difficult to code the encounter properly, and you wanted aq20 released. But many groups lose out on killing ossi due to constant wipes, and more geared players can swoop in and take the raid IDs for a quick ossi kill. 

 

I have two suggestions.

 

Suggestion #1 is that you tone down the values on Ossirian's damage/abilities across the board. Since this first is in perma-supreme mode, toning down the values will turn this encounter into something a bit more doable since people don't have easy access to t2/bis tanks. 

Suggestion #2 is that you put a crystal up in the area of the plateau where the boss stands before pulling. Have this crystal at a re-occurring spawn rate. Have players do this mechanic, in one spot, over and over at the minimum in order to defeat the boss. 

 

Keeping the boss at a always-supreme-mode encounter hurts players who aren't bis geared, and wealthy enough to run consumes on aq20. But looking at the current (unfinished) state the boss is in. I believe that suggestion #1 would be a happy medium since it wouldn't turn the fight into a complete tank and spank for free loot. But raid groups would also be fine using tanks geared in zg/mc tier.

Funfact: ossirian was ACTUALLY working mostly fine before the realease (the arcane vulnerability pillar didnt work but other vulnerabilities did)
