Viscidus without any loot

Dear GM Team

Greetings~

our guild <covenant> take Viscidus down at 8th May

However, we could not get any loot  ( Raid ID : 20637)

so, here is our question:

1、is this a BUG or we take the boss down in a wrong way?

2、if this is a BUG , could we get our loot back ? and how?

3、if this is a BUG , how could we avoid this BUG in the future ? (as we have notice that some other guild have met the same problem just like our guild , but they succeed in avoiding this BUG afterthen)

Submit a ticket in-game for assistance with this. I've seen it suggested that this is related to killing him in a single split phase, but my guild has done the same and not had this bug crop up.
