Power Infusion + rolling ignites

Hi,

I wanted to check if it is a bannable offense to use Power Infusion on a mage and having all our mages chain their combustion to get higher Ignite ticks?

My guild is currently progressing though AQ40 and we would like to optimize our damage and this is something we used to do in retail vanilla.

However, I am aware that some people got banned for something similar. I therefore wanted to check if the Power Infusion bug has been resolved and if it is ok to do the above so that we do not get banned.

No, that is Blizzlike mechanics and not an exploit. People were banned temporarily for abusing a bug that should be patched now. If you see ignite ticking for damage that is clearly not Blizzlike (100k, for example), then report the bug and stop doing it.
