dabuti 0 Report post Posted May 10, 2017 I already did the quests around the north of Barrens (Sludge Fen) and delivered but I'm still unable to learn that skills. When I delivered the last one (that where you need to pickpocket from a goblin, kill an elite...) instead of getting rid of the poison "Touch of Zandil?" (which I erased with an anti-venom bandage before delivering) I was debuffed with it again and still unable to learn.
