I changed my modem and router and can not seem to log in, i think because the IP lock might have changed. I do not have my code from my email for the android authenticator. Can I get a new code to re-add elysium to my app? I dont know how i lost the app info. Then if its there, remove 2FA on website, log onto your account, then setup 2FA again, and new QR code will be sent to your email. If you somehow cannot get the code in mobile app, you probably have to do the following and send to Jakira on discord. Screen shot of Email inbox FROM registered account showing the following: 2FA enabled email(date and time stamp must be visible - If applicable) Send yourself a password reset email. Screenshot the password reset email in your inbox with date and time stamp from computer showing the current time at time of request for removal of 2FA.
