Ok this one was a strange rollback! 
I looted a sword (tainted pierce) 3 days ago in SM and put it on the AH yesterday.
Now I logged in and lost 10 golds and some grinding. but I also lost lot of mats and my sword disappeared!!! why ??? I don't think you rolled back the server to 3 days ago! 
It's hard to get to 90 gold for 40 mount... and if I lose a 20g sword it's even worse! Pls do something to help us... (and I can't understand why you don't handle in game tickets)

You all need to appreciate what you get for free. Instead of bitching about things that Elysium doesnt have the resources for to manage, be grateful that they are spending their time so you can play this amazing game for free.

I was skilling my leatherworking, and all my mats are gone, skill back as i'd done nothing.  comon

Where can I beg for mats to be returned, because at every section in game ticket it just says "game masters do not handle bug reports"

We do not rollback any server on purpose.

There is currently an issue in MaNGOS which we are working on.

 

Unfortunately we can't recover lost items, experience/level or gold since they never existed after the rollback in the first place.
