Authentication issue - forgot to change phone #

Hey so we just got new internet, pretty stoked(Switched from shaw - telus). My brother however stopped paying the cellphone we share and we don't have the number anymore for the authentication key. I can't get my key to log in. :( please help

Does the phone number matter? My phone is out of service but has wifi.  

I now have a problem with getting the passcode to the phone(the one that we used for the authentication app), this is frustrating.

If you deleted your email with your permanent 2FA code, then you will need to post in the 2FA removal forum with the information listed in the sticky thread there.
