[H | EU] <New Dawn> BWL cleared weekly - Raids Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs 19:00-22:30 ST.

Dear reader, thank you for your interest! If you are reading this, then chances are you are looking for a (new) home. Perhaps <New Dawn> can accomodate!

<New Dawn> has been formed on april 23rd this year. Since then we have progressed through ZG, AQ20, MC, Onyxia and BWL and are clearing that content weekly. We are now looking toward getting a strong start in AQ40. For this, we need your help! We are looking for a couple of active players to complement our roster to ensure that the 40 mans are consistently filled.

Why then join us? Because the people in our guild so far have shown profound friendliness, helpfulness and humor, and we would like you to contribute to those things more than any other. Don't read me wrong here.. when we saddle up for a raid, we take it seriously, and expect your A game. C'thun is on our target list and we have every intention of killing him. It should however never feel like a job or a chore. If it does, we've failed.

We raid from 19:00 - 22:30 server time. Sometimes when enough want to continue, we do. But if you have to leave, you are always free to do that. If you sign for a raid, you're signing till 22:30. The raiding currently are:

Wednesdays: BWL
Thursdays: AQ40 (experimental on this day. It has been posted on Sundays a few times but that proved to be difficult to fill)
Sundays: MC/ONY
Mondays: 20 mans. Several other 20 man partial-pugs are running throughout the week whenever people feel like going.

We use a loot council system to divide loot. For this purpose we accurately keep track of your signups, attendance and loot received. Performance is of course very much valued aswell. However we have no interest in sifting through LL reports daily to see whether you are doing a good job. In general, the people who fall short in pulling their weight will stand out, and will be encouraged/helped to improve (in a good, not ad-hominem way).

We are currently looking for:

• DPS of various classes. Activity is the best trait right now.
• 1-2 active healers.
