Unable to transfer character from Nostalrius

Tried to transfer character and was unable to do so.  The credentials were apparently incorrect (despite being fairly certain they were correct as I keep a spreadsheet with the credentials).

 

Any chance the char can be recovered and transferred?  Orc Hunter named 'Kozzy' on Nostalrius PvP server was around level 48.  Happy to provide any proof he was my char.

The Nostalrius team closed down the character transfer process 7 months ago.
