Character Stuck in between Continents

I was taking a ship ride over to Wetlands from Darkshore, in the middle of the transitions of crossing continents my game disconnected; now I'm stuck looking at: a green-gray screen, a blue horizon, and sun. I'm stuck and would like some help on how to get unstuck.
