Account banned when I came back from a couple months...

hello, I just recently got a new computer and wanted to start playing Elysium again but to my surprise when I login my account says it was banned. Im positive this is just a mistake and maybe has something to do me being gone for a couple months. Is there anything else I can do aside from posting here to get it reinstated? Please take the time to review this. Thank you kindly!

You need to make a ban appeal in the right forum section and enable 2 factor authentication since you were likely hacked while you were gone.
