Game keeps tabbing out back to desktop?

So I'm not exactly sure what happened, but for the past few days I've had this issue where the game will randomly, without warning, alt-tab me out of the game for no good reason. This happens once every half an hour, and I thought I would post this after my second death resulting from being kicked out at a vital time.

When I get booted out, I sometimes see an application box for a VERY brief second before it disappears. I'm not sure if that helps either.

OS: Windows 10

CPU: Intel Core i7 - 6700HQ

I have been having the same issue.  I don't think it's WoW causing the issue though.  I tried closing some programs like discord, origin, and Microsoft edge but WoW would still minimize every half hour or so.  I switched to full screen windowed mode and that helps alot but something is still popping up some kind of window for a fraction of a second.

I fixed it by deactivating the task in Task Scheduler, as suggested on the Microsoft forums.
