xploit 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2017 Stopping the updates on Anathema until Elysium arrives at the same patch which is AQ will unquestionably be the best solution so that both servers may merge together and the server will have sufficiency in population. Zeth Kur will merge with Anathema... Darrowshire can merge with Elysium to fix the horde and alliance ratios but the end goal is to have 1 main server so that there will be no wastage. The best solution is to stop Anathema's updates and freeze it until Elysium reaches the same patch which is AQ. This will let current and future new players who want to go for AQ content know that it is worth it to start on Anathema because it will eventually meet up and merge with Elysium.
kittenbasher 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2017 I'm sure leaving Anathema without a new raid for 2 years is the absolute best way to save the server :^)
Undertanker 88 Report post Posted June 6, 2017 In all respect I believe this will happen. It allows more time for Naxx Scripting rather than doing a per-wing release like a few other projects have done, and focus on what is already released that needs some polishing ala Ossirian shards. The timeline of Elysium couldn't hurt to be sped up a little bit as well. You already have a 35%ish attrition rate on that server since release and that is with 1/4th of the 40 mans 0/2 of the 20 mans released. Allow X amount of time after certain % of active guilds have cleared BWL then push ZG. If people knew in 6 months the war-effort would be out it would give light at the end of the tunnel for Anathema current players and give other players a reason to roll there as well knowing they are not investing 250+ hours just to struggle to find a team or have only 1-2 options of whom to join with.
