Dexter shoe 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2017 Been playing the game find till tonight. i took a break and came back and logged in and my password kept getting rejected until i got the in game message that my login, password, or pin is wrong and after trying again and again a call customer service type message came up.. i was able to login fine to the website and tried changing my password and was able to do so but i am still locked out and unable to play.. Dexter shoe 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2017 Still having problems..... i got an email saying " to many attempts and my we have blocked the IP address from further attempts so no action is required. You may however want to change your password for greater security, especially if you use the same password on other websites earlier".. im also now having problems accessing my account on the website as well with the message "oh.something went wrong too many attempts" i changed the password again to day to see if could log in but still no luck.. i also checked my 2fa and it said its sync w the time correctly 16 mins later update : was able to login to website so that's okay.. Im wondering if my authenticator might be the problem... is there a way to get rid of the one i have now and get a new one to see if that's allows me to log into the game or is my account suspended from the multiple attempts ? 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
