AH botting seems to be allowed

I've reported a player called Bonkzz twice for using autobuyer addon on Elysium. GM responded to my first ticket that appropriate actions will be taken, couple days later i still saw Bonkzz doing it and I made a new ticket. The second ticket didnt get reply at all and just disappeared. He buys instantly items that are put on AH for lower than vendor price. Go and try it yourself, he buys literally anything prettty much instantly as long as it is cheaper than what vendor pays for it.

Makes me wonder why this player isnt banned yet.

Bots have to be caught in action and they are rarely online 24/7. We are currently recruiting new GMs to improve our coverage and response time. Please be patient - we cannot just willy-nilly ban someone because a player thinks they are violating our rules.
