Serious Chat Problem

Hello,

for any reason whatsoever I can't use all chat channels.

I can whisper and can use the group chat and i can use say.

But I can not write in any other chat.

When I left-click on [1.General] (as an example) nothing happens, I can't write. I can't even open the chat.

I have written a ticket and the Gms told me that I am not muted and that I have never been muted, so there shouldn't be any problem with the chat at all. They advised me to delete the wtf and wtd folder but this did not help.

Please help me solving this problem because I'd really likte to use all chat channels.

btw. yes, all my characters are 10+, so that is not the problem :)

It would appear you have been muted...You may have been flagged by the System for overusing the chat system.  Submit a ticket to the GMs and they can confirm what it is.  

 

NOTE:  Mute is a Global Mute for the Account regardless of Characters / Server
