Cannot enable 2FA

On one of my accounts, I am unable to apply the 2FA. The email provider does not have a "spam" box so there is no way to unflag emails from Elysium. I am sure it is on their end, but need to protect the account please. I have tried hundreds of times to receive the email over several months time but it is not working. Thank you!

Hate to bug, any help though please? I've continuously tried still many, many times a day. Nothing comes through :<

If you're trying many many times per day, it's more likely that our system flagged you as a bot/spammer and blacklisted your email. Try PMing me your email address.
