2FA problem "Call Customer Service"

I just tried to log into my account and was prompted to enter the 2FA code. I entered the code exactly as it was shown on my phone, but it was not accepted. I did this 2 more times and received the same result. Now when I enter my codes I just get the responce" Call customer service". Is my account locked? What do I do now to fix this?

Make sure you enabled time synchronization and your device is set to internet time.

Yeah I'm having the same issue with my account.  Put the code in as shown and kept telling me the information was incorrect.  My phone is set to sync.  with internet time.
