A few Arms Warrior questions

I have a few questions regarding Arms Warriors

 

- Is battle stance the stance I will mainly be using as a Arms Warrior?

- Is Arms a spec viable for PVE? If yes 5 man? raids?

- I am using a 31/20/0 talent spec, can I tank 5mans in this spec?

- Is Slam ever worth using? Should it be on my bars? if yes why and when do I use it?

- In what situations would I mainly use Berserking Stance? both for pvp and pve.

- What is my rotation prio? What spells should I use before others when having rage.

Zerker stance is your stance! Battle stance is only for charge/overpower/SS

Arms is viable in PvE only if you're friend of Guild Master. Arms provides lower dps than fury warrior/rogue/WL/Mage. 

5mans can be tanked in ANY spec(even in 0/0/0)

Slam? 99% of time(unless you're overgeared+worldbuffed) you dont have enough rage to use anything expect MS+WW, so remove slam from your bars.

You should ALWAYS be in Zerker stance including traveling(Berserker Rage removes sap effects/Goblin helm stun), Battle stance is ~2sec only just to use Charge/Overpower/SS/Mocking Blow/Rend/TC. Or also you can use Battle Stance when fighting vs other warrior, but he's geared much better than you. In PvE you should use Battle Stance only on few bosses(Firemaw if you're going nuke tactic, huhuran 30% phase, sapphiron etc), generally its usable in PvE only on high AoE dmg bosses, when you're can sacrifice some dps for reducing dmg inc)

 

Execute>Mortal Strike>Overpower>Whirlwind>Heroic Strike

If you haven't found CastModifier, you have to check it out.  It is amazing for warriors and switching stances for using other abilities.  It saves a key press compared to normal macros since it can use conditional arguments.
