Questions about Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros

Recently I`ve got an Eye of Sulfuras and so I have some questions about how to make Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros. I would apriciate any kind of help.

1) is quest for Sulfuron Hammer in game already?

2) Is there any way to get Sulfuron ingots exept of Golemagg?

3) Where and how should I combine Eye of Sulfuras & Sulfuron Hammer?

4) How many ppl will be hunting me if I`ll show up in Thorium point?

1) The pattern comes out with BWL release.

2) No

3) First need 8 ignots, 9 to also get the pattern, 50 arcanite bars etc.

4) Alliance will be purged off the server.
