Quest isn't in quest log but NPC acts like I have it

Archaeologist Hollee <Explorers' League> in Darkshore 

The quest is 'The Absent Minded Prospector'

I was about to accept it but accidentally shut the screen.

Now, she has a grey exclamation mark above her head as if I am already on the quest and there is no option to talk to her 

The quest is definitely not in my quest log, or not showing to me anyway.

I have logged out/exited game/restarted comp etc multiple times, and have deleted WDB folder to no avail

Help please!

You might need to check the previous quest if there is a quest chain, just a suggestion. A GM can check quest status in-game, if you can't figure what is going on, I'd recommend an ingame ticket

I did do the prerequisite quest - but you can also accept the quest from scratch. I had the dialogue/screen up to accept it but it seemed to have bugged out once I accidentally exited it before accepting.

Have opened a ticket some hours ago and still waiting- will have to be patient. Thanks for the help
