Only 2 ticks of Mindflay

Only getting 2 ticks from Mindflay(not reduced from taking dmg etc)

Tooltip dmg for my Mindflay at lvl 20 is 75 dmg over 3 seconds and 3 ticks. The actual damage comes to 52 with only 2 hits registering each fully channeled Mind Flay. 

Each tick doing 26 dmg.

This is usually caused by latency issues between client and server. I believe there is already an issue created in Git Hub, which you could update with your information.
