Authenticator giving invalid codes. (iphone)

Hi, i am currently unable to log in on my account because the authenticator is giving me invalid codes. and i have tried to add authenticator on my Google account and it works fine there. all codes are working between the google account and the Authenticator. but i can't log in on my Elysium account.

Make sure that you're enabling time correction for codes when you enter your Elysium 2FA code into your authenticator app. Try re-adding it to make sure you did this. Also, make sure that your phone is synced to internet time.

All this has been double checked. and it is still not working. and as i can't get any reserv codes because the authenticator account was made via Elysium. 

can it be removed? if i can get a code to my registered email adress i can just logg in and remove the authentcator to my account.

You can submit a 2FA removal request in the 2FA removal request subforum. Do you still have the original email from Elysium with your 2FA QR code?

Hi, I do not have the original 2FA QR code i am afraid i have deleted those emails. but i can give plenty of information about the character.

The poblem with the 2FA removal is that i can not give out any information on the QR code. how were i ever gonna solve this when the codes i got was invalid and i couldn't get a hold of the original QR code. 

i mean i don't need it to be removed i just need a new QR code attached to my account and i can solve it on my own. like i get a email that provides me with a new QR code and i can reset my Authenticator and start playing. i mean if someone hacked my account the email is the only safe place to send password reset Etc. so why not just give me a new QR code?

If you don't have that email then you will need to submit a 2FA removal request in the 2FA removal forum. There is a sticky post in there with the information we will need to do this for you.
