Cannot log in, Trinket swap while in flight

Hello,

I was flying from Ironforge to the Eastern Plaguelands on a gryphon.  I changed my trinket from a carrot on the stick to the argent dawn rep trinket while on the gryphon.  My character while on the gryphon then reversed direction and was flying back to IF.  I tried alt+f4 in an attempt to see if it would correct the problem.  When i logged back on, I was in the Hinterlands  - still on the gryphon - but on the ground like I was walking.  I couldn't dismount.  I logged off again and attempted to log in to a different character on my account hoping it would fix the problem.  I logged back on my main character, Scootalore, and I was then in the Eastern Plaguelands.  Same issue where I was on the gryphon but couldnt dismount.  I could however move the gryphon around manually like I was walking.  I tried alt+f4 again, and when I attempted to log back on, it appears like I was banned or stopped from logging in.

Please help as I can't log in now.  I was not hacking this is a bug from the game.
