Phirebos 0 Report post Posted July 11, 2017 For the last week i have been online each day for at least 5 hr waiting for a GM to respond to a ticket about an item i accidentally vendored, Night's Whisper. I never got any response whatsoever and now have even more isses to deal with with the strategic and combat quests in Silithus. I would really like to fix a date and time for any GM to show up when i'm online to fix these issues, please make suggestions. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Hudson 16 Report post Posted July 11, 2017 Some tickets require a senior GM to help with, so they will have longer waiting times. Item restoration is a power that falls into this category. The good news for you is that it generally doesn't require your presence online to resolve, as the item can be mailed to your character.
