Account Banned?? Have no clue why??

I went to log on to my account on the Elysium realm today and I'm receiving an "account has been banned" message. This is really alarming me because I cant think of anything that I could possibly be banned for. Is this some type of bug, has anybody else experienced anything else like this? I've never been banned from any online game in my entire life. I do occasionally let my younger cousin play on my Warrior, he's 13 and he just run around and kill mobs using Heroic Strike. Is it possible to be banned for saying something inappropriate? He played my Warrior for an hour or so last night and I've asked if if he said anything, joking or otherwise, to anybody because my account was banned, and he was the last on to play it, and he's said that he didn't type anything at all...I don't know what I've been banned for or why. Could any moderator please help me with this issue? I'm level 34 and I really don't feel like restarting, leveling warriors solo can be a really slow grind. I'm kind of suspicious that, being 13, he might have messed around and said something dumb, because I can't think of anything else I could be banned for, unless this is some kind of error message that I'm receiving and can just be fixed. If he did or said anything to get me banned in the hour or two he was playing my Warrior, I obviously wouldn't let him play my account again. I'm just like somewhat distraught right now because I was really enjoying the content and I'm gonna be livid if I have to start over because of a bug, or something my cousin did while playing my account...? Mods PLEASE help??

 

EDIT: by the way, I tried to post on the account under which the ban occurred, and it wouldn't let me log into the website, maybe because I never received a verification email? the char name was Churchburner
