Can't turn in quest "The Ectoplasmic Distiller"

Hello, I can't turn in quest "The Ectoplasmic Distiller", although I have all required items. Could you please fix it?

Horde, Gatar lvl 60 warrior.

A fairly common bug with a lot of quests is the inability to turn it in even though you have all the required items. A work around for that issue is to abandon the quest and then reacquire it. That seems to reset the issue and allow you to turn in the quest.

I even knew about that common bug, but fooled for some reason :)
