Chuck 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2017 Took a hiatus from the game until some patches rolled out and when trying to log in I couldn't. I ended up resetting my PW but still getting blocked by the authenticator. I have gotten a new cell # & phone recently and I suspect this is the culprit, thought I was able to scan the barcode from the e-mail first sent out when I added an authenticator. This resulted in a cycling 6 digit passcode but it never worked - again I suppose this is because my phone number itself is different. Not sure. Chuck 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2017 Thanks for the help there Hudson but it is still telling me I have an invalid code. Not sure why it lets me add the authenticator but the codes don't work. I'm sure it's for the right account and such because the authenticator has my account name on it automatically for that particular one. edit: just solved it, apparently I had 2 more barcodes to try in the e-mails.
