Mallie 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2017 I sent 21 stacks of Dreamfoil and 11 stacks of Mountain Silversage from one character to another character on the same account. The items never arrived. I can send new items and they will arrive, but its like those 32 mails got lost in system or something. Is this a known issue? Can you help me get the items back? Mallie 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2017 This is on Elysium horde. I sent the mails from my character "Willow", to my other character "Holly" about 30 minutes ago now. So around 15:45 server time. edit: i used the "return" function to send all the mails by the way. I originally sent the items from Holly to Willow the standard way. And then I later returned them from the mailbox, but they never arrived, not a single one. The weird thing is, if I send new mails from Willow to Holly, they work perfectly fine right now. Guest Report post Posted July 20, 2017 Only gold is sent instantly from the same account*- items always take 60 minutes to be received by the other party, regardless if it's on the same account or not. Guest Report post Posted July 20, 2017 Actually that may have been an old functionality not working properly, either allowing it to send immediately being wrong or there being an unintentional delay. Let me double check on that. CORRECTION: All currency is instant regardless of account All items sent to the same account should also be instant Items sent to other accounts take 60 minutes to be delivered. This is the intended behavior and is working properly at this time.
