[Anathema] BWL, unable to loot to raid member

Couldn't loot Netherwind robes to Lacunera (died too far away from Nef). Raid ID 426.

I've looted it to myself and am waiting for GM response in-game (no ticket submitted).

Fairly sure that unable to loot because too far away is "game mechanics". However, GM ticket is the only way to go.

Can do, the in-game message says forums are "quicker & casual" support, but I suppose it's a meaningless phrase?

Some types of help can be quicker. Lots of good advice on the forums. However specific manipulation of items has to be done by a GM. Some GMs read Discord and here, but the best way t get attention is through tickets. The notice that you get when you post a ticket is a little misleading IMO.
