Second Raid ID 135: GM responded to ticket ingame and helped clear trash & open the closed doors after raid IDs were reset due to server crash. Current Raid ID 121: the ID has been changed and reset once again, and thus needs to be re-cleared. Vek'Nilash's Circlet (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=20926) still missing after Server crash on Wednesday July 19 Boss corpse & loot despawned after server came back up, we were unable to hand out loot before the crash. davehz 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2017 Still no response from GMs, raid time coming up 19:30 tonight. Last time it took 5-10 minutes of 1 GM's time to fix the entire issue. It is disappointing to be told that we should make an ingame ticket by announcement posts and community managers, only to be essentially left hanging and ignored for half a week. If the server issues, patches, and restarts keep messing up the raid IDs, then at the very least make sure that all guilds have their IDs fixed in return. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Spionida 10 Report post Posted July 23, 2017 We are ALL left waiting. You got a raid reset, great/ Others have their problems, equally important to them. Again, there are a limited number of GMs. Really, yours is far from the only complaint. Many GMs, the only ones who can fix the problem, do not follow Discord or the forums. They respond to tickets. Discord and the forums are a very inefficient way to respond to problems. The raid IDs get messed up by software, this is completely out of the GMs ability to control, apparently. They fix things as best that they can. There are many other problems that need their attention. They do their best with what they have.
