Lost 400-500 gold due to server maintenence

Hey,

Just as you announced around 13:41 server time with an in-game system message about server getting shut down in 10 minutes for a quick restart, all progress was lost for me those coming 10 minutes.

However, it was not 100% lost, the server remembered that I had emptied my mailbox of around 400-500 gold across different characters. BUT the thing is, no consumables or gold of what I looted from the mailbox were in my bags (or anywhere else) after logging back in after maintenence.

So, I have learned a lesson to never loot anything from mailbox during the 10 minutes waiting for "quick restart".

Is there in anyway you can trace the items I have lost or is it just gone?

 

P.S. Soulbound Gear I had stashed into my bank before shutdown were back in my bags when I logged back in (still had a lot of bag space though),  and 6x Zandalar Honor Tokens that I looted from my bank just vanished.

Unless the GMs can find log entries, they can't do anything. An in-game ticket with as full details as possible...
