Trying to login to my acc "Call customer service"

Im trying to login to my acc, but it says "Call customer service" after i entered the 6 digital code from my phone. Anyone there know how to solve this?

Often there is a minor clock difference which needs a fix.

Thanks. i solved the problem. Now i want to transfer my charectors from Elysium, but when im in control panel i only got the option for transfering from elysium acc

There are no character transfers available. Nor will there be in the foreseeable future.
