Lost a Chain-Quest Item after server crash.

Hi everyone. 
I completed a quest called "Return to Milon" giving him the item named "Tomes of Alterac". 
But the server crashed 2 min after I completed it, and now, after the login, I noticed I have to complete this quest again, but I have not the quest item and I can't even take it anymore because it was a given item from previous quest. 

My character is named "Darkpologang" in Elysium server,  can an Admin send this item to me? ?

An in-game ticket is needed. A GM will have to fix the quest chain/quest item. AFAIK, you have to be on-line for tis to happen. If you are playing on an alt, add its name to the ticket.
