Rollback took my gold but didn't leave me with 150 riding skill

Before the crash on July 24th, 2017 I puchased my epic mount and 150 riding training.  I spent 800 gold for the two combined.  After the crash, I still have the purchased mount but my riding training has been reverted to only 75.  My gold is still gone.  If there is any resolution possible please let me know, it's a pretty significant bummer to be this poor again with nothing to show for it.  Thanks for all the help!
