Xaph 1 Report post Posted July 25, 2017 Anyone happen to know where a list of proc rates for trinkets and/or weapons are for Elysium, or happen to know off the top of their heads? It's easy to calculate the dps of trinkets like HoJ because they state a 2% proc rate but for trinkets like Maelstrom it can vary widely depending on the ppm or %.
