Stuck on 299 wep skill after aprox 8k arrows fired.

"Stuck on 299 wep skill after aprox 8k arrows fired."
I believe I somehow managed to bug the 300 skill for both bow and 2h weapon.
The reason I believe so is since fellow friends got their 299->300 skill in aprox 1-3k arrows. I have fired way above 8k already.
And spent countless hours meleeing mobs with a fast 2h.

I can't be that unlucky with both 2h and bow right? Reason I think it might be bugged  is since I leveled wep skill on servants in Blasted Lands. And I heard you can't get skill point 300 from the same mob. Not sure if true or not, however I spent 4k+ arrows on servant. And 4k+ arrows on random mobs. 
My theory is that I already reached 300 and it did not register since same mob -> I can never achive 300 skill.

(I also used int gear had ~240+ int while trying to skill up) for all those arrows / melee hits. So something is not right.

The skill system for weapons is working as intended.

You are either very unlucky, or hitting the same mob over and over just won't work.

 

Try to skill it in end game dungeons or raids
