Needless to say, although billing for the skill occurred, no corresponding Engineering recipe appeared on my list of items that I could now craft (because, duh, Deprecated).

Request that someone on staff remove this entry from the Engineering Skills that can be learned/bought from the Trainer, because ... Money For Nothing.
