[HELP] i have been banned because my wow client crash. ID status is ok in control panel and no email.

i have been banned because my wow client crash.

ID status is ok in control panel and no email tell me what's going wrong.

It happened after a game crash，I relogin again and found it banned.

I did not do anything before the crash，just killing mobs in tanaris.
