My character won't go into swimmode when entering water

So, not the best video ever made but kinda shows my issue:

For some reason I can run and use mount while being underwater but at the same time i can't swim which leads to problems when I am getting out of the water etc.
Not really sure what else to write, the video says it all.

This is a bug. I have heard it reported before. Please go to https://github.com/elysium-project/server/issues and report it there.
