Cant accept the terms and conditions

I downloaded the client and when i launch it the terms and conditions pop up empty and i cant accept them. Ive reinstalled 3 times int he past hour. please help

Are you reinstalling from the same download, if so, download again.  If you have tried a different download, maybe try another source for your download.
