Can't Log Into WoW/Connect to the Servers

I cannot connect to the game. When I launch the client it pulls up the the end user license agreement. There isn't any text in the text box which means I can't scroll down to accept the agreement. It only leaves me the option to decline the agreement which closes the client. I've edit the content of the file realmlist.wtf to: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client three times. I don't know why it isn't working or how to fix it.
