Please Please Help. Banned for no reason forgot password

I forgot my password after changing it and was spamming login trying to remember it... I could not figure it out and I guess I tried too many times. Now it says both my accounts are closed. Please Please help! I have never ever done anything to merit a ban. My account has over 60 days played and I have attended 30+ raids on one of the chars...

Two thoughts, when too many attempts are mode to sign-in in a short time, there is an IP lock for an hour or so.

To retrieve your password, try to log onto the control panel

Enter your account name and click "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD". Follow that and it is self explanatory.

It your account has actually been banned, for none reason, we just don't ban for no reason, https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/351-ban-appeals/

Its not that. Account has been banned for almost 18 hours. I got a message that my account was closed after spamming login. Tried to log in to a second acount and that was closed. All my other accounts are fine. These are  my 2 main 60 accounts. All I did last night was raid and then banned.
